Granite Point Capital Fund
What is it?
The fund invests in common stocks which are traded on US exchanges and are known
intimately to the General Partner.
The fund’s investments are VERY CONSERVATIVE. Stocks are purchased “long,” no
leverage is used. No derivatives are invested in. No short selling.
The Investment Objective is to provide capital growth in excess of the growth of the Standard & Poor’s 500 stock index. THE FUND IS NOT MANAGED FOR TAX MINIMIZATION.
The Limited Partnership passes gains/losses to investors annually in the first quarter of each year.
Granite Point Capital Fund is very safe. Our legal counsel is a nationally known securities law firm; our custodian is a nationally known investment firm. Our auditor is a large regional accounting firm. Details can be provided for interested investors.
Weekly Net Asset Value (NAV) is posted on this web site. The general partner is always available for communication. We publish a quarterly and annual partners’ newsletter.
