Granite Point Capital Fund accepts fund investments from accredited investors ONLY.

Accredited investors must meet one of two criteria:

1. 1.  Must have a net worth of at least $1 million, or
   
   
2. 2.  Must have earned $200,000 each year for the past two years and have the expectation to
        earn this much this year.
