Robert S. Hulsy earned his B.S. in Economics and Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. As a naval officer, he was a decorated Vietnam veteran with two Navy Achievement Medals with the combat “V.”
He has 36 years of management experience in corporations, 27 of which were in General Manager positions. He has managed companies and divisions up to $250 million in revenue and 1800 employees. His business experience spans Finance, Operations, and General Management.
Mr. Hulsy worked for several notable companies, including Corning Inc., Abbott Laboratories, Ciga-Geigy, American Environmental Network, and IDEXX Laboratories.
Mr. Hulsy has invested in common stocks for 40 years. In 2009, Mr. Hulsy created Granite Point Capital Fund for accredited investors.
