Kathleen G. Hulsy, co-founder of the Granite Point Group, has a background in building and renovation.
After college at the University of Oregon, majoring in Journalism, Kathleen and Robert moved across the country while pursuing Robert’s corporate career. Renovating and redecorating homes for resale moved into groups of rental properties, purchased as investments.
Currently, Kathleen is the Director of Real Estate for our office building in Historic Morristown. We are currently renovating and renewing the building for our tenants and improving offices that are now available.
Kathleen is also working on plans for an ocean view home in Hills Beach, Maine, which will be for sale in the summer of 2010. Kathleen and Robert own a home on the Maine Coast.
Kathleen’s hobby, cooking, has her teaching at Kings in Short Hills, New Jersey and Stonewall Kitchen, a specialty food purveyor, in Portland, Maine. As a former caterer in the Morristown area, she has pursued cooking classes in France, been published in Bon Appetit and Food and Wine, and has won several national and international cooking contests.
